Not really as, when I wore them, having a 38" (92cm) chest, the padding couldn't be too full. It would make the assumed female figure appear odd on the stage. We used old socks sewn into old stockings, and shaped, so we rarely went above a C cup. 
Definitely not an entrant in the 'Who has the largest boobs-contest' thread.
In fact the only photo I have where I appear to be well-endowed is when I played a Bearded Lady, back in 1986. There I do appear fairly voluptuous!
