Traveller in Time on his head
"For humans.
We humans read these Guide ML (or HTML) much better if each tag is on a new line. The Browsers do not use the line breaks and spaces between tags, only as soon as you use visible text each space and line break is translated to (at least) one space. I used to use now I use as dummy."

Quoting from the test page:
<!--- Yes I know this isn't EG Guide-ML but I wasn't sure if there would be a picture, or if I could keep Traveller's page or what -->

I thing the interrobang picture is Traveller's or something like that. *shrug*

But at A3599355 then It says;

Traveller in Time perhaps the only researcher needing two year to produce _one_ character in the Edited Guide
"As some of you know I follow the < <./>info</.> > mor eclosely then 'My Posting' lists. I raninto the first lines of the entry as 'Kat' was writing it .
< A3558288 > original entry by 'Kat'
< A3561653 > my interpretation of the interrobang

Gnomon - time to move on Posted Feb 16, 2005
It's very hard to get a straight answer out of Traveller, as he is living in a different space-time continuum, so I will explain for those of you who are still puzzled.
Traveller designed the interrobang character itself in the edited entry on interrobangs. He is acknowledged in a hidden comment within the entry which you can only see by looking at the code behind the page by using the "test" facility.
So he finally got one character into the Edited Guide.

Thank you Gnomon,
for casting a little light, just a glow really, perhaps you could also keep popping up and explaining what is only confusion to most of us.
Getting a straight answer from anyone is almost unheard of today and it is a bit like the Emperers Clothes, no one admits to not being able to see the subject. Briefly and to the point I just can not.!
To take the point even further I would like to see such advanced thinking and knowledge being used to inform the members of GW the technical side of the offers now being made by the bbc, in plain English of course.
Cheers H.

I'm never afraid to admit I don't know what someone is talking about. What's GM?
But I don't know much about what the bbc is offering, as I rarely watch television and do not live in the UK.
