I'm astounded smiley - bigeyes at the quality of this article, it's a role model for the rest of the guide - useful, intelligent and at points amusing. I look forward to more articles like this!

This is a great article, I enjoyed it immensly. Have you submitted it? You should.
My favourite dish is 'Rogan Josh' spelled various different ways depending on the resturant. I think it also includes Ocra [ladies fingers] if I remember correctly.
My first experience of curries was the 'Vesta' home brew variety back in the sixties, [there wern't that many Indian resturants about then]. My wifes mother used to make them for 'late night suppers and we would sweat cobs eating them. I still make one occasionally for old times sake but they don't seem as hot now.
Best wishes A.M.smiley - bigeyes

Well this is rather nice! All you foreigners are out here discussing curry and us Indians get left out. Its just as well though, I wouldn't appreciate curry as much as you guys, its a pretty routine thing out here. Well, on with eating!
