Not yet... but I'm working on it
On an aside I have already had the honour of creating a new Dutch word and hearing it used by more and more people. I was taking lessons with Kheldar at the time and tried to say the Dutch for 'indeed' which is 'inderdaad'. Sadly, and as usual, I became muddled and came out with 'indeederdaad'. This caused much hilarity and has spread around our local community very satisfactorily now.

I've got one!
Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis...
It's a lung condition suffered by miners when the get really tiny pieces of volcanic rock in their lungs, causing breathing difficulties. *Apparently*, it's the longest word in the OED; whether that's still true, I don't know. I've only seen it on h2g2 once: in my Clan Thingite name

I have found that the game "Beyond Balderdash" is an excellent source for interesting words...one of my family's favorites is:
FARDINGBAG
(Yes, prononuced as it looks.)
Can't remember what it means, though.
