I've found out what it means! A 'fardingbag' is the first stomach of a cow.
Looking through these cards, this game has some VERY interesting words...

NOT a complaint, but it's still Wednesday and the new Post has arrived already.
And who picked Thursday, anyway?
In any case, if you ever need more words, I have hundreds.

Silly me--I keep forgetting about the time zones. I guess I've answered my own question--it's 8pm now, so we're behind? I don't know...
Here's another one, anyway:
Liripoop - the tassel on a graduation cap.

It *should* click over at 1am CET (around midnight GMT) on a Thursday morning.
We picked Thursday
It used to be edited over the weekend but the Post Team have a life too - and w*rk commitments on other evenings - so Wednesday turned out to be the most viable day. Remember, we are all volunteers.

Ok AK! I should really have called in Thing. Sorry if I upset a fellow Thingite.

What if you renamed Tuesday "Thing" instead? 1, no one likes Tuesdays, and 2 Thursday is named for Thor, god of thunder, making it ultimately awesome as it is.
Not to put down any Thingites.

An Wimpy is a good day to go down and grab a burger. Now as this thread is for suggestions for new and old words for inclusion in word of the week can we not turn it into a Thing discussion thread. Every time this pops up in my latest conversations I get excited that I will have less work to do researching future articles for the post.

How about
'laxy'
adjective based on lax (itself an adjective!)therefore loose.
and
'haslet' it's a aweful type of roast pig's offal faggot.
The heart, lungs, lights and liver are minced up with some lean pork, seasoned with salt, pepper, sage and onion and placed in the 'laxy' caul. Tie the caul into a bag and roast hanging from the string. Serve with port and mustard sauce.

I think BBCide would make a brilliant word (see: F38024?thread=7238087&post=92876291#p92878690)
Its meaning is: not having survived the BBCiD, thus having lost one's original h2g2 account.

Oh, Taff has it in his name tag, and we've used it in the atelier.
I hardly ever post anywhere else these days or I'd go and spread the word.
