This is just the beginning of my photo collection - so far it's mostly cats and horses but I hope to also do some albums on Sevilla and other places in Spain soon.

Well, the cat album was specially created for a thread about cats. I wouldn't expect any NORMAL person to wade through almost 90 photos of cats!

And of course all the stuff I put into the albums are obviously just snapshots - not proper *photographs*! But I think they can still give people an idea of Spain, my life, my cats, etc. Just fun photos, really. Anyhow, I'm having fun doing it.

Snapshots are fascinating, they leave the rest to my imagination .

Stunning black number? In fact, it was a long baggy shirt worn over a long baggy dress (same thing I'm wearing on the horse), but thank you! Yes, your comments came through.

I have added some more photos - mostly to the Sevilla album. I have decided to stop at 90 cat photos (at least for now)

I see you got through to cat photo number 90 - congratulations! Another abnormal person!

Today poor Lua dislocated her hip - or something went all wonky and now she can barely walk. So I am keeping an eye on her, loath to take her to the vet's because they did nothing when she actually broke the hip nine years ago except charge me money, so . . .

Anyhow, it's fun sharing the photos and also getting comments there.

antiinflame/steroid may help

also hows she/he behave with companion that should
give you good indication as to true picture health.

Glad you enjoyed the photos. I look like you pictured me? Well, bear in mind some of those photos are up to ten years old - the most recent (and accurate) one is the first cat photo - the one with me and Sunny. That one was taken in November.

Lua seems a bit better now than this morning, poor thing.

Yes, I've learned from experience that vets usually do very little. I've made a big fuss over Lua all day, bought her some special food (I even fed her in bed - *my* bed! ), kept her warm and - most importantly - kept the boys away from her. I went out to buy some cat anti-inflammatories this evening but couldn't find what I was looking for. Will try again tomorrow.

I think she is going to be fine. At least all the positive wishes from hootoo friends should help a lot. I was telling her earlier that she is now world famous and she looked at me and said 'ack' (she always says this, siamese doncha know . . .)

Mars is now 4 months and 1 week old and weighs 8.25 pounds (3.75 kilos). I think he will easily be a 20-pounder when fully grown!

Isn't it weird that cats do that? Go acka ackckck ack aaaack when they see something they want to attaaaack. It's quite funny and I think counter-productive as surely this sound would give them away in 'real life' hunting.

But in fact, both Lua and Sunny squawk (go 'ack') rather than meow. Azar, on the other hand, meows so perfectly you almost expect to see a little cartoon bubble at the side of his head.

Hi az, the photos are fantastic. The cats, especially the kittens, are gorgeous and that comes from someone who is not at all catty (in the nicest sense!) You are completely different from the idea I had of you. I had always imagined you as being fair-haired, don't know why, you could easily be taken for a Spaniard with your lovely dark looks.
I've still got the other photos to look at yet, saving them for later.

Glad you enjoyed the cat photos, even though you are not 'catty' . Isn't is funny how siamese kittens are born almost totally white and then slowly get darker and darker? I was quite surprised to discover this.

I think you told me that you have been to Seville before? Well, perhaps my Seville photos will inspire you to come down again for a visit - there is always a comfy air-mattress available in my spare room anytime.
