On behalf of my Mancunian kin, who I'm sure agree with the sentiment I am about to express, I'd like to apologise profusely to the world for Alan Carr. We're sorry. Should anyone apprehend this 'comic' we will gladly extradite him to the People's Republic of Mancunia to try him for crimes against humanity.

Have you never seen him on TV? I'd say he was more a big pouff than a comedian, but then that would be insulting big pouffs everywhere. Personally I find him extremely unfunny and offensive.

I think TB's hit the nail on the head there. The bloke's not funny, highly irritating and is just playing on an outmoded stereotype of the gay man.

Carr has a worse dress sense though.
