i have a question, if Hermione and Harry could use a time turner thingy to save Sirius in the first place then why dont somebody use one to prevent Crouch from getting a Dememtors kiss, to stop Sirius from going through the veil, to stop everything bad that has happened?

that theroy about the veil sounds convincing, but that would be far too simple. There is something more to it... sirius cannot have just died. it is too much of a cop-out...

that time-turner thing, it would seem the logical thing to do, but the key difference being that with Sirius it was possible to do it without being seen - they key to going back in time. if you are seen then it is disasterous. to stop crouch's kiss and to save sirius, you would HAVE to be seen, be it to burst into a room while you are in the hospital wing (crouch), or to confront yourself to tell yourself that the whole thing isn't true. neither can be done safely - you HAVE to be seen.

is the rule not to be seen by yourself or not to be seen by anybody?

not to be seen by yourself or anybody, but if it is somebody you dont know, or dont know well, then you could maybe get away with it, if they dont know where you (the you in the correct timeframe) are.

yeh. as long as no1 realises that there are two of you in the same time lapse.

Cant say as I know anything at all about HP5 casting. I think Rupert wants to do it but Warner Bros are thinking of changing th actors as the main 3 actors are getting too old. (Which is pathetic in my opinion, they are more or less the same age as the characters they play)
