Gutierrez -> in 1998 there were 218 in GB, most in East London, but the other, the only other, area they occurred was in South Wales. Around Cardiff! In 1881 there were none in GB.

There were 478 in the USA, 52 in Oz (careful Broe, the JODAN connection reaches everywhere), 9 in NZ, 73 in Canada.

They are Counter Cultural Mixed urban imports.

This is definitely a link between the two stories. This is either a very elaborate web of deception, or there is truth in there somewhere. This can't be coincidence...
