Some kind person has recommended that i go to the ask form and request information on links to the oil pollution in the Mississipi delta. I wonder if this is the way to do it. For the life of me I cannot remember how it is done. !!

Hi Paul,

Well was it his fault.?

that is what I was hearing about today. There are lots of those pipes at the bottom of the ocean.

That is dreadful.

Go well,

Christiane

No, it wasn't his fault, Christiane. smiley - sadface There are millions of people who have made the Gulf Coast their home. Through no fault of their own, this oil spill is happening. Some of my friends and neighbors here in the Boston area would be mortified if oil came up on our local beaches.

Some of the world's best seafood restaurants are located in this area, and they feature locally caught fish. Throw oil into Massachusetts Bay, and this cuisinary institution of such long standing would get decimated. That is what is happening from New Orleans to the Florida coast. smiley - sadface

Hi Paul.

I was also thinking of the dreadful hurricane which hit New Orleans a few years back.

Thanks for your reply. "cuisinary" is a new word to me.! i thought it was "culinary"!! Or am I wrong again, like mistaking bidens for coreopsis?

I think I should change our gardening/agricultural postings to something else. !! I am going way off the point. !

Are you going to do something nice this weekend - like going for a super walk? I wish I could !!

Christiane.

I was trying to think of "culinary," but "cuisinary" was all that came to mind. It's hot. That's my excuse, and I'm sticking with it. smiley - tongueout
