Christiane, I am so sorry. I thought K was getting good treatment and care where he is and you were pleased. What changed?

Some places are better than others, and I believe that K was transferred from a better one to a worse one, but I may be confused...

Oh dear. When it rains, it pours. Christiane, I am so sorry K is back in hospital and not being treated properly. What a worry for you. And then to have developed breathing problems at the same time. That must be very frightening. I'm relieved that the nebulizer helps, but agree that you need to see the doctor. Please take care. You are important to all of us.

Thank you for your concern.

Everything was fine until one rather difficult person came along. she has been his s/w, probably the only one with whom he has not got on, and who has actually had him "sectioned" three times in the eighteen months in which she has been responsible for him.

In view of the fact that he has had s/w ever since he has been in the UK which is twenty years ago - and has never been sectioned admittedly in terms of sec. 3 whicn is very innocuous but still ...... - this sudden avalanche is very odd.

Still he is defending himself and has apparently asked to have a TRIBUNAL I am gobsmacked because I would never have ever thought of it. !!

I have been to my doctor, who sounded my chest, told me it was very "wheezy", which one can hear a mile off!!" and prescribed cortisone. As my late husband was on it I am really loathe to take it, so am just trying to eat well, lots of fruit and vegetables and not catching cold.

Hi Christiane,

Sorry to hear you have been having breathing problems, and hope you will feel better soon.

I too am confused about why K has been moved. If he's thinking clearly enough to request a tribunal, perhaps the sectioning has been a bit sharp?

In the meantime, you get yourself fit and well so you can help bring K home
