I noticed that you haven't done anything about your user page - people won't be able to visit you and post on your page if you don't put something in it...
...if you're not sure what to write, try just clicking on 'Edit this page' and then 'Update Introduction' pretty far down - I think that'll create an empty page as well as a 'Discuss this entry' button, that will make it possible for people to visit you!
