You'll soon get a message from an Ace (one of our meeters and greeters) with loads of useful info about the site but in the meantime you could do a lot worse than looking to the left and clicking on 'What is h2g2' and, when you're done with that, go to the front page, look to the bottom right, and have a look at Misc. Chat and Ask h2g2.

I've been having a look around. There's quite a lot to take in. Slightly confused. I've been sent off to 'other' websites a few times already. Is that supposed to happen, or am I being naive?
