You're the second to mention Neelix being annoying. I probably didn't take it serious enough to be annoyed by him, or Tuvok, or anybody else

Not all the time, I just felt that sometimes they overplaying Neelix's cheeriness and Tuvok's lack of emotion.

It's ok, when you've been around the site for a while you'll understand a little better. We are our own culture, by and large, so it takes some time to learn. We're almost like children, messing around, at times. (other times you can remove the "almost" ) Stick to lil - she's ACE!
