...Yes folks I'm going camping, you'd have thought after the last 2 years I'd have learned my lesson, Reefgirl + tent = torrential downpours.

Anyway me and Excelsior are off on our hols as from Monday 15th so things will be quiet in these parts for a week.

So any researcher in the South West of the country it's best if you start filling the sandbags now and put the rescue services on standby because the Goddess of the Rain is coming your way

good luck, I could try and spend some time outdoors next week since that is also bound to bring rain my way. Hopefully that could give you at least an hour of sunshine

I've had a look at the 5 day forcast, it says St Ives will be sunny but it can rain in Cornwall at any time

I think it can be proven that when someone goes camping it will rain....... it might very well be a mathematicall fact to some people

Since I am an eternal optimist I am sure the weather will be perfect for camping and above all have fun

Though I have to say, Devon is a far superior county to Cornwall At least you're taking the rain to them though!

My ex and in laws live in Devon so it's not my most favourite of counties, I spent a lot of my childhood in Cornwall and so did Excelsior so we're reliving old times
