on many films, when a car takes off, just by hitting another(can't happen) you can see the 2ft length of telegraph pole they use when they fire the charges to lift the car

Like in the Dukes of Hazzard, there was always a badly disguised ramp just before the General Lee took off

plus the amount of cars they used for each episode

And there weren't that many Dodge Chargers left, even then

before I quit sky, I saw a prog' about the top 100 cars or something and they said about the Dukes, that used used 3 to 5 cars per episode - one was for normal driving shots and the others for jumps and were trashed on impact

I saw something like that, it was the top ten TV cars, the top three were KITT, Starskey and Hutch's car and the General Lee

that'll be the onemy number(100) must have gone up with inflation
