I had to have a spell in hospital to keep me safe from myself. Wanting to make sure my mother would be looked after was not enough to prevent me from trying to kill myself.
Whilst there they changed m antidepressant. I belive because my consultant wanted to feel like he was doing something.

As my mum is still in hospital, after having a hole drilled in her head to put a stunt in to drain the fluid off her brain, I've not been back to Danehill where my computer is, but have stayed here so I can visit her, take her food and do her washing.

Tennants aren't permitted to use the internet at NERd, and only now have I had the money to pay the subscription charge to use it at the library.

My left forearm has many burns and cuts, but none so bad as to need hospital treatment.
I've had an ECG done, and I am having 'extra beats', but my blood prssure is normal and I'm already on verapamil, so there's not alot they do, but what I have to do is continue to try a regain fitness and lose weight.

I am getting alot of help from my behavioural therapist. I'm giving her the chance to help me find ways to deal with the pain and the intrusive thoughts that don't involve me harming myself/taking my own life...

All I can say is that you will get stronger, so do not give up hope that one day you will feel good about yourself, enough st say no to those intrusive thoughts that are putting those thoughts to harm yourself.

You might not believe in God, but God believes in you and knows how you are hurting inside. You need to trust someone, if it is not God, then find a counsellor. Posting messages on here can only help you so much, but do you really want everyone giving you advice? That is why you need to see a counsellor who will help you find your own answers and ways of coping with these intrusive thoughts.

Hey there sweets Glad the goolies didn't get to you. Just remember - if you have the power to end it all, you also have the power to change it all! You are the most powerfull descision-maker in your life - and you know how powerful your descisions can be. How bout making some new descisions? Better ones, that will make you smile?

I've been away the last few days, hence being late commenting, So glad to find out you are well, was beginning to get worried as you hadn't been online for some time Hope your mother is doing well, I had one of those shunt things to remove fluid from my brain, they ain't that nice, but not as bad as some things they seem to like doing to you sometimes in hospitals sending you both my thoughts
