Any advice girls?

Be yourself, stay calm, be nice to her and enjoy yourself! Think of it like this, if it were only for the one evening, make it the best evening it can be, if it lasts longer, make every occasion the best one! if you think of it that way could take the pressure off.

And dont crowd her with too much attention or embarrasingly overblown things (a red rose from the charity seller on a first date is not ALWAYS ideal...)

DONT tickle her unless she starts it!

I've not been out with anyone since my fiance decided to rip my heart heart out of my chest and stamp on it. That was more than 3 years ago.

All the more reason to have fun, try not to try too hard to impress and if you are yourself (ok, maybe a tactical 'yourself', I dont know...) then at least the worst that can happen is you save yourself a whole bunch of wasted money and time... Best is she adores you and your honesty. And you adore her back.

When you going?

I'm sure you'll be fine anyway, think of it like going on stage, if you dont got nerves, you're out of form, even 2legs gets nerves when he has a proper date! It's what makes you more aware and gives you an edge

I thinks Robyn makes an excellent point there, on the taking it as it comes and having fun. Expectations (whether good or bad) can add pressure to behave in certain ways.
