Sorry, i was sure you had my email address. But my computer did die a while back & i lost many things, so maybe this is all part of the mess.

Suz may or may not come down for new year's. Last time we spent new year's together I asked her 'So, are we gonna get married this year or next?' Which I think she found so unfunny that it might make her not come down for new year's... *sigh*

No way am I going down to see her. I have always found being there excruciatingly difficult and frankly now that we're "never going to be more than friends" I can't think of anything that would make her want me there enough for me to tolerate it, or for her to go to the effort of convincing her family to accept me through their door.

What's her family got against you? Is it "nobody's good enough for my daughter" syndrome?
