Three steps forward, two steps back.

Well, I don't know that there's any evidence that neaderthal had dairy, unless they milked their women folk into little stone bottles... Which is an interesting picture.
I'd count dairy as protein an more akin to meat.

In that case, I'm probably 20-80. (Does Quorn count?)

I dont eat meat, fish, gelatine or unprocessed animal milk. But only because Rice Milk tastes nicer. And meat makes me ill.

I've never heard of rice milk. Where do you get it?

So yeah, the idea is to stop using lorazepam, then stop using seroquel.
Have to stop using the lorazepam for two reason. One, being that I need to address the feelings and thoughts with positive/contructive counter thoughts. Another being that coming off of seroquel will be difficult and need to not be using lorazepam when going through that difficult period.
How does this affect getting work or starting - again - at college? Well firstly I need to find out if the college is willing for me go back, then what they actually have on offer that would suit my interests or if it's really worth someone of my inability thinking about uni.
But if I'm coming off of Seroquel whilst starting at college am I to manage the work load?
Re: work, need to find out exactly what benefits and what amounts of benefit I'm recieving to figure out how much money I'd lose if I did permitted work.
If I'm coming off of seroquel in September does that mean I should look to start work immediately or until after I'm settle in at college or not go to college but do work. Starting work, coming off meds and being in the early stages of a jobs does not seem a wise moved, unless I take the view that having all that pressure on me at once would actual be a source of drive.

Having not much of a clue here... but if it were me, I would shy away from anything remotely stressing until I was well and truly off the medication you intend to be off (is your doctor/therapist OK with that, btw?)...
The rule of one (Only change one thing at the time) should apply here too, not only when trouble shooting a bad chemical analysis.
