I have found a novel way of relieving the tedium of work. Whilst throwing things at a wall in my office I was holding my breath and enjoyed the biggest non-bucket induced headrush I have ever experienced. It was fantastic.
If anybody is trying to find me, I will be disorientated and spinning around like an alzheimers crack-head.

Singing the entire works of Lionel Bart in the shower certainly sets me up for the day!!!!

My Grandparents used to live next door to Ron Moody in Southgate. He's a Bart legend.
The greatest, without a shadow of a doubt has to be 'Be Back Soon' a triumphant and lovely song, featuring the girly soundin Jack Lester. Have you seen the Artful Dodger recently though? Scary scary sight. Oh.

On some TV documentary last week. Looks haggard, gaunt and downright scary. Like Tony Blackburn on downers.
Got to go know. I'm going to drive to Kensington to pick up some merchandise for a friend..

Could you see how much fatherboards are? They are just as effective but they often lose parental control,a must for all single parent families.
