h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

The bigger Wriggles Junior is growing, the more "pressure" she's putting on my cervix (too much information I know but no apologies...).

WJ has just stretched out inside me, shoving (I believe) her head downwards and her bottom upwards causing me to make some rather loud cursing noises to which makes me think that she thinks her name is the rude word for a female dog, if you catch my drift.

When tomorrow comes I will be 4 weeks to my "due date". I finished work on Friday and set to today building the nursing chair and re-arranging the clothes we have for her.

The next thing I have to do is get the cot bed from mum and dads house and get that built but there's no rush right now as my wonderful sister has bought us a most beautiful crib for the baby.

Note to Andrea. (not someone on here). This baby may not have been "planned" but don't you dare intimate that she will not be wanted or any less important than anyone else's child (least of all yours - this baby's half sister), as she is well wanted and will be well loved.

Hah!


This baby was always planned, it's just the timing that couldn't be specified!

PS: how dare anyone make you feel like your baby wasn't wanted just because it was planned and timed to an inch of its life! My parents didn't plan for my two sisters or I (they didn't know I existed until month 5!), they knew they wanted kids, just not when but that didn't make any of us any less loved or wanted. Your baby is your baby, planned to the second or not, I'm sure you wanted and loved him/her from the moment the shock settled! Don't let anyone every make you feel like this VV. Sod them, love your baby and enjoy the next four weeks preparing to welcome him/her into the world.

As I remember it mum and dads wedding was good, i liked the reception afterwards got steaming drunk and had a great time its all about having a good time.....

There's nothing more wonderful in life than a surprise VV we should all be so lucky

Mum recons I won't make it 4 weeks.

Am feeling slightly panicky now as I stupidly watched a video of a birth...stoooopppppiiiiiidddddd VV!!! How on earth can something that big come out of something so small!

I am so cranky right now to. Poor N got it in the neck on the phone before because he went shopping (with my card as I pay for the shopping) but didn't buy much food. How can you spend £60 and not buy any food?!

Anyway, he got it in the neck and there really wasn't any need for it as he bought other stuff that we needed. Poor ickul N.
