VV, those panic attacks will ease, but xmas and New Year may not be the best times to be out shopping whilst it's busy. As your off work try and go when the shops are at their quietest.

As for questioning what others think of us, we all do it. Especially Outrider. Even compliments get questioned as sarcasm. Just enjoy the good stuff and let the bad go (easy said, I know). You have plenty of freinds here and you're a biker to boot, so don't let this stuff beat you down.

I have been through this sort of thing (for different reasons, or is that raisins?) and it passes. Heck, I live with it right now but we make sure we have some good times to dilute all the dross.

Check out some of the relaxation techniques like thinking of a sandy beach, clear blue skies etc, or breathing control and try and find one that feels right for you. Don't knock em til you try because they sometimes work.

Anf finally, since all the wooses are to chicken to pose.......

We find our subject straddling a certain wall outside a certain Tap house (you know it well ).

Starkers, as you might expect, snow is falling all around.

A yellow Honda 400Four sits before him. Some clown has built a snowman biker onto the bike, who appears to be giving the world the finger (though he's actually ordering another bottle of 'dog').

His previous bottle of beer is positioned carefully in foront of his manhood. Although almost empty, it does an excellent job of hiding his manhood aided in no uncertain terms by the coldness of the occassion.

The final thing Outrider wears..........

its Kaz making a new start with a new name and space.

I am sorry I didn't realise what was going for you earlier. I recognised everything you described about depression, but you missed out the hours you just sit there staring! Still least you have a good doctor who taking an interest, can I borrow him?

Take care, don't do too much and be proud of everything you do today. Its all a giant step forward, hell I am proud if I even manage to shower each day, and by feeling proud, I get to feel a little better.

As they say, baby steps.
