Actually, I'm pretty p*ssed off at the moment.
Cutting a long story very short, a client collected their records and now claim they never did.
I distinctly remember them collecting them because they were a big box and I helped them with the door as they were leaving.
Either I'm going mad again, or they've got it wrong.

All records to be returned to clients stay in my room until they're collected.
If they're not in my room it means they're not ready for collection yet, or they've been collected.
I know for a fact that these records were in my room because I kept having to step over the box.
I am NOT losing it again. I KNOW they were collected.
