How do you put this Megaphone thing on?

There's a switch on the side. Turn it up to half power and speak in the thing that says "speak here". I don't recommend anything more than half on the volume, or you'll start earthquakes and things. It's been estimated that at full power it could cause the planet to change shape, possibly into a tetrahedron, so I wouldn't recommend using it on such a high power setting.
