So far, we have got him chained to his chair, glued him to the seat of said chair. His belongings are strewn all over the floor, because there is a hole in the box.. 
Oh!.. And we have fed him loads and loads of biscuits, so he can't move very quickly either..

Actually, we could just put a mirror over the door. Then, evertime Paully tries to leave, he'll think Jimster's trying to come in and step graciously to one side!
