That depends a bit on what you mean by cyber.

Does UV mean anything other than ultra-violet, eg a game? If not then the images are restricted by what your monitor can produce.

You'll have to see what the site itself says about that. Sometimes people will let you use their images as personal wallpaper but that's a bit different to using it on your own internet site somewhere. It might be better just to link to the site from a page on your own site unless you find something specific about it being OK to use the images.

Speaking of images, I finally found the other link again. Same warning as before: don't look at this unless you are sure you really want to as some people said the distortion of it made their eyes/brain go a bit funny.
