Very dear Venus-Aphrodite,

I am so well thank you. I am off my heart tablets - have been off them for six and a half weeks, and would you believe it my fingers and hands are getting better. I must have been allergic to them ever since I was first prescribed them nine years ago when I had emergency open heart surgery!!.And no-one guessed.

I do think that eating the right food is terribly important. Are you getting enough of the food which renergises your nervous system? Why not go to a dietician and see what they suggest. It really is worth the money one spends. I know that after my husband's death my daughter put me onto massive doses of brewers yeast - yes plain old common bresers yeast tablets. Up until about two years ago I had an average of six tablets a day for fifteen years!!. But without them, I used to burst into tears when anyone looked at me!!. Now I can cope without them which is wonderful.

I have to be carefull what i take, i'm already on medication for Rheumatoid Arthritis, also i take A-Z vitamins & Minerals everyday.
Its just something that i will get over in time, early days yet
Glad to hear you are well It must be great to be off the tablets.

You well deserve it. You work so hard for us all. I would like to hear what you think about those ships which have been sent from America to Scotland in order to be broken up. Apparently they used to transport very toxic cargo.

This is an old thread but AR1 how are your plans coming along for getting helpers for you and K?

At the moment actively on my part with very succinnt, and pointed remarks being made in letters which are sent to ALL the relevant parties so that everyone knows what is said to both K and I. He was asked to sign a form which he did not understand and which the person asking him to sign refused to let me look at.

You can imagine my frustration and dare I say it, righteous fury at taking advantage of someonenwho is unable to cope.,
I hope I have managed to stave off their solutions, and am busy trying to get things onto an even keel so that a just and correct solution can be found. Inevitably I think that it is going to have to depend on the two of us. At the moment we are coping and in fact on somedays really making good progress. Fortunately I have both family and friends support now which makes such a wonderful difference.

I am very excited because my darling baby brother who lives in New York and who is so incredibly good to my brother, my son and myself has flown over for a funeral and he is coming out in two hours to see his old sister!! Horrah.

I see that I said that I was off my heart tablets. Well I have had to go back onto them as my BP went through the roof - 208/108 and now my hands and fingers are sore again. Honestly.
