Potted Writing-Guidelines

You seem to have not noticed numbers 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 and 14. This piece is an unbalanced rant, so it is not suitable for the Edited Guide. You can remove it from Peer Review and it will continue to be an entry in the Unedited Guide. Just follow the instructions at A849189.
