How to remove an Entry from Peer Review

1 Conversation

So you've come onto H2G2, entered an entry into Peer Review and decided after getting some comments to remove it and maybe do a little more work on it.

But how do you actually remove it

It's simple really, just follow these easy steps

  1. Log into H2G2 using your user name and password. If you aren't logged in as you're reading click on "Sign in" at the top of this screen.
  2. Now go to Peer Review, if there is a black rectangle to your right then you will be able to see a link to Peer Review on the left of this. If there isn't black rectangle then you're probably using either the Classic Goo or Alabaster so click on the banner at the top of the page. Or alternatively just click here
  3. Find your entry in amongst the list of entries in Peer Review. At the bottom of the main page is a list of the 20 entries that have been commented on most recently, if your entry isn't among there then click on the words "click here to see more guide entries" at the bottom of the page. Now keep clicking on "next list" until you see your entry. At the very right of the screen you will see a list of user id numbers, next to yours there will be an X, or the word remove if you have changed skin to Alabaster or Goo.
  4. Click on this to remove your entry from Peer Review
