To clarify, the Adeptus Mechanicus are the "priesthood" of Technology. Science is seen as a strange and magical force that few truly understand. As Chief Engineer, you must perform such tasks as the Prayers of Ignition, the Praise of Operation, and the Application of the Very Large Hammer...

Hey, I'm Covert Bob, I've served in the imperial army for 8 years as a storm trooper. I've served upon navy vessals, and also on Inquistition vessals, where I have led a number of boarding actions into enemy ships, and exploratory missions onto space hulks and small planetoids, as well as ship defense, for when we ourselfs have been boarded.
I have since left the service and now work as a mercenary.
So, if you'll have me, I'll come on board now and make negotions with your captain regarding pay.
