I didn't do it, but I know who did!

We, here, at IPR, YFITA, have been having some problems recently.

Fuses blowing at inopportune times.

Labour unrest among the Engineers.

Small napkins drenched with Skunk scent tossed into waste bins here and

there.

It is the common idea among the Middle Manglement that Spring could not come

too soon,

that there is a bit of cabin fever, brought on by the continuation of winter

far beyond the Accounting department's projections from a year and a half

ago...

Needless to say, many of those small fragrant napkins have been found in the

Accounting department's cubicular maze.

Anyway, several suggestions have been made to suggest that there might be a

bit more hope than a reasonable person might expect...

that Spring is ready to do it's thing.

Ideas drawn from an old hat... And smelling of it, too.
