Are the people who claim to be good always good ? Can we in this world justifiably love everybody ?
Should there be conditions ?
We are not perfect, if we are all perfect, there would be no need for religion, for faith, for guidance, and for love. The power of love is that it can be in degrees, and that the contrasts between degrees and types of love strengthen the bonds, whereas the contrast between love and hate will weaken the love.
Look at these acts of kindliness that I see, around me, are these love ?
A man walks over to a child on a beach. The child is crying, his sand castle has been knocked down. The man offers to rebuild it, and does. This is good. However the man then asks the child’s parents for money for doing this, the parents refuse since they saw that it was in fact the man who had paid people to knock down the castle to begin with. There can be a flip side to many stories and it is for us as people to work towards protecting the sand castles in how they were originally built. Yet somewhere in the world, castles in the sand are being destroyed
To let people suffer is wrong, to make money from suffering in the name of helping them when you are really just helping your own pocket and pension is far far worse, yet we are happy to let the lawyers, barristers, politicians do this. A person who puts his pocket before another human being is not a person.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
