Err.. I will be adding bits to it - I'm a bit snowed under with work right at this moment so I may take my time.
Also, I feel a bit of a fraud writing this when I am on a diet!!

Hathornefer, excellent posting! Can I suggest you write a separate entry yourself, entitled A Short History of Hot Chocolate? I think this would be a lovely complement piece to this one.
