Shouldn't Catherine Zeta-Jones Douglas have two hyphens?

I believe that Zeta was her maternal grandmothers name and was given
to Catherine as a middle name,like Sarah Michelle Geller, therefore there shouldnt be a hyphon involved in that context, although everyone everywhere puts one in.
