my first ever go: not sure, but a subject I feel passionately about
aplogies for bad grammar and spelling; honestly a result of crap typing, not or education as I am generally a pedant

Maybe you could expand this to include those white-piped pastel (baby-blue, baby-pink, baby-yellow) terry-towel vest and short arrangements. Seems they were all the rage in the (19)80s.

Possibly, but they are history, whilst this is a living phenomenon, and one I'm sick of encountering everytime I go to work. I'm also anxious to discover if it is a purely scally affectation.

I'm not entirely sure this will get in the Edited Guide... cos, well, think what'll happen when other people from Liverpool see this!

the people of Liverpool who have taste ( and there are many of us) will wholeheartedly agree with me.

It only affects certain areas of the city, but there, it is prevalent.
We Waterlooites have far more dignity. Must come from having such a fab local cinema.

On reading your personal space i don't want to talk to you in case you turn out to be one of my old teachers, especially after realising that half the people I was talking to yesterday work in the same place
And anyway I'm sure pyjamas don't look quite right without a few signet rings and large hoop gold(effect) earrings

On reading your space properly you're a primary school teacher...which is far less scarey.
And on re-reading that post it sounded a little rude, sorry that wasn't how I was meaning to sound...just in a silly mood

No problem, there isn't enough silliness in the world nowdays.
I'm sure I haven't taught you ( you're obviusly too literate for a start) but I am now depressingly of an age when I'm starting to see ex pupils working in Burger King and on Crimewatch.
The signet ring and hoop earrings are taken as read. They set of the chipped nail varnish and acrylic nails particularly fetchingly.
Key: Complain about this post
