My mum is exactly the same with her profession...
She takes care of 10 people on a ward, she struggles but she loves the job...
It must be difficult when it's your own family...
my mum has a new patient near enough every day...
The patients don't last long there... it's their... last few days/weeks/months that they live there...

Oh, poor you I've just got over a recent bout of it...it really is terrible.
Have you tried all the usual remedies, paracetamol, nice cup of lemon etc.
Shame, sleep is the best remedy of them all.
