I've just got hold of the 4 dvd box set....
This was my weekend:
Saturday: Sit down and watch the entire film (wow!), then listen to the director's commentary (slightly numb behind, but double wow!)and finally have a look through DVD 3
Sunday: Sit through the entire film again with the actors commentary and then pull out DVD 4... put it into the drive and....
DVD N° 4, despite being correctly labelled, turns out to be the Norwegian/Swedish/Danish version of DVD N°1 
Anyone else had problems with this set being wrongly packaged?

oh no! that's horrible.
I've not heard of that happening with this set before - but I've been sent CD or DVD cases with no disc inside before.
