I'm not a fan, as you well know, but you don't have to like war to read it in the news, do you? Just don't be a journalist - You're better than that...
When it goes through, they might ask you to merge the two articles together - which can be difficult on a digibox - need any help don't hesitate to ask - *anyone*
A SubEd or Scout will probably gladly do it for you - they'll just need your login, which is a pity, I imagine the Italics will be too busy to do it from a backend point...
Good though

Yeh, I know all that honey-bunch It's all on the Peer Review thread, where it would be helpful if you could post your comments?? The more positivity, the better...it's been there for 2 weeks now, and not ONE scout has suggested Editing...

Well, to be honest I didn't have to read it to know the quality, but I did scan-read it, or whatever it is that English teachers go on about, and it's well punctuated, nicely structured, and legible - I can't stand pure block (no use of the return / enter key *what-so-ever* typing!)
I'll read it properly soon, but if there's anything to upset SPAM, then I'll be onto you (SPAM = Society for the Prevention of Apostrophe Misuse )
Then I`ll submit my own comments to the peer review place

Grovel you must, now, he says, in an 'Emporer Nero' type fashion, Scrub the Floor!
*Is worried that that's the second time he's asked that today, yet there are no floors in h2g2 *

Sorry, the keyboard shelf thingy collapsed again just after I clicked 'reply' - I couldn't be bothered fixing it so I just didn't type anything

There's unproductive for you, and a nice link to two of the best fan clubs on the site

I suppose the Queen fan club is excellent. Unfortunately, I love GOO & Alabaster the same. But I can't use either of them

Exactly. Although I took a reminisce last night and used a bit of Alabaster to browse some articles...Goo is absolutely gorgeous though. I it.

That's why I *cough cough* started *cough cough* the goo club...
I can't let even myself say that - I have to confess It's a lot older than I am - I joined in 2001, and Mina, who created it - I'll find her Usernumber somewhere (Linda the italic, Mina the researcher) is the one who made it, but had no time, so handed it over to their best friend in the whole world ever... But they didn't want it, so she gave it to me

Researcher 178815 Posted Dec 16, 2002
Yep, well Nope - Mina the researcher is Mina the researcher, but Lina the italic is Linda the Italic - Linda the Italic is Mina the researcher, but Mina is not an italic...
In other words, same person, 2 different usernames. Italics can't be plain researchers, see - they need to have a special backend interface, as I understand it, which is why you might see Mina as Mina, and sometimes see her as Linda as Linda.
Apparently, you can only log on as an Italic in the towers, too, so a basic accunt comes in handy when the weekends come around

Mina: U94986
Linda: U290
*realises, after clicking around, that Mina the researcher is "Mina Muse of Bondage", and Linda is now "A Mina is for Life, not just for Christmas, so it seems she's dumped the 'Linda' persona *
