Actually as far as I can tell 'teal' is not a single colour. As an artist, I actually don't much like 'names' for colours, because I work with what amounts to an unlimited number of colours ... the typical human eye can distinguish about five million different colours, hues, shades, and it would be nuts to try to name them all. But anyways, teal could be any of a number of bluish-green hues ...
