7 February 2024. Yesterday it rained so much that the high street flooded, the river burst its banks (as per usual) and flooded fields were within inches of running onto the A9, the main arterial road, connecting the central belt (Glasgow and Edinburgh) with the Highlands (Inverness and the north coast further on). Now we've got this, this morning – heavy snowfall.
