One thing is missing: the part where you notice you are late but suddenly you can only move in slow motion.smiley - winkeye Or is that just me?smiley - laugh

smiley - snork I dunno - that isn't one I've had. It sounds incredibly frustrating. (Just watch: now I'll have that one, too. smiley - winkeye)

I went to Google to see what Ligustinus tranbslated as, and found that Spurius Ligustinus was a real person, though possibly not as he was portrayed in the dream. That would have a been a good name for a character in "A funny thing happened on the way to the forum." smiley - winkeye

smiley - ok

Great episode indeed.

My recurring dreams are mostly toilet-related, but I have had a couple recently that were set on something like the Dalek homeworld - lots of ramps everywhere, but they tended to move around, so I couldn't get to wherever I thought I was going smiley - laugh

I enjoyed this one.

If I ever have to perform Can-Can, I want to play the triangle. (only timing matters and you are finished way before the end of te piece). I do have respect for the triangle player due to the intensity though.

I keep wondering... Can a time traveler really be late?

smiley - laugh Good question.

Some people on Twitter have been comparing dream problems, too:

FuchsiaGroan: Ever have a dream that you are frantically searching for a bathroom, only to find that every one is either occupied, out of order, disgusting, or in the middle of a crowded area, and has no walls or door? I’m sure it means something, but I’ll be switched if I know what.

I assured them that 'h2g2 has checked, and most Post readers queried admitted to having The Toilet Dream.'

Now I'm trying to remember how much triangle there is in the rest of Offenbach's Orpheus. There's buzzing, but that's Zeus being a fly...
