FWR says, 'Oh, that cat sign was actually do not feed the cats on the beach, the Mayor does it!'
No answer yet to my query whether he meant the Mayor put up the sign, or the Mayor feeds the cats, so somebody else put up the sign.
I wouldn't have guessed that because I used to live in Greece and you do not tell people on Greek beaches not to feed cats. There would be trouble.

I saw a documentary about the cats in Istanbul. If I had to be a cat, that'so ne of the places I would want to live
