Pet theories about real pets are OK, I guess.

Also thanks for herding the Twitter beast for us. I happily live in a Twitter-free household (nobody posts anything on it and nobody actively follows anything directly. We only see the memes that are worth looking at on other sites (pets are heavily represented there)).

Still, my daughter is struggling with all the pronoun and gender related angst issues around her. (She recently acquired a boyfriend, but is still trying to figure out what to do with one. (As a dad, I am relieved to say that they both appear to be of the "slow does it" persuasion.))

In our most recent discussion, we agreed that people are important. We also don't like the clique thing, because it doesn't get you anywhere better.
