I tried to make a replica of the silicon chip on Perseverance, but my word processor does not support font sizes below 1 point. (I need something in the order of 0.000003 points or less).
Come to think of it; Did they ship a scanning electron microscope with it for the Martians to read it? A simple magnifying glass would probably be insufficient, unless we can get Martian bacteria to learn to read. For those, font size would be perfect.
