You mean that's not a grackle?

I've been reading so much about the antisocial qualities of grackles lately that I saw dark feathers and about the right size, and figured that this was another one of them. Do grackles taste good to cats? or sparrows, for that matter.
(When I was on college, I lived off-campus with my sister, her husband, their son, and my cat. The cat got scolded for killing so many birds. It was originally a barn ct, and it very likely leaned early to fend for itself. As do birds, grackles included)
but you saw the bird firsthand, Dmitri, so if you're not calling it a grackle, it probably wasn't one....

I have no idea, literally no idea!
If this was a baby grackle thingy, I bet the poor thing was knackered after that flight.
Maybe Jax has gone transatlantic? Lock up your deer DG.

When I first get up in the morning, I might take a while to figure that out.
