Unless someone else retrieved the camera to post this photo, probably not photographers.
Since it is called "witkopzeearend" (White headed sea eagle) here, my guess is that it will be something fishy.
The brown headed European variety is also nicknamed "flying door" due to the size.
I once encountered one of those in the French Pyrenees. It flew off from a branch I was passing. You can't miss that. (WOOSH)

Depends on where they live. If fish are available, then it's fish. If there are smaller birds around, then it's birds. Rabbits, lambs, and even kittens can be on the menu.
