Not that I practice what I preach. 
We have enough rabbits that April through early June have me biting my nails worrying about rabbit damage. Their favorite food: Coneflowers, a.k.a. Echinacea. I've taken to planting coneflowers in lots of planters, which I keep on my porch when they're vulnerable. Rabbits have never gotten up on my porch.
I already have clover i my lawn. If rabbits bother your plants, though, maybe they would eat the clover and spare the rest.
You left out clover for the rabbits!

We do have a single rabbit that visits but the dog usually scares it off
