You're no fun, Dmitri. I was going to try to get some sympathy for my back, but you're having trouble with yours. 
When I got up this morning, we had three or four inches of snow on the ground. That much would bring Atlanta or Washington to a standstill, but around here it's hardly enough to notice.

I hope all back spasms are improved this week
That was a very picturesque video - I particularly liked the tractor sitting backwards on the flat-loader

Mine's a lot better, thanks to the chiropractor. 
Farmer Hoggett was just here: his back still hurts, but it's better than it was.

I'm trying to get some back spasms under control. I have no pain at all when I'm standing, walking, or swimming. But when I sit in the driver's seat of my car, I'm uncomfortable. 
I'm going to try sitting on cushions....

Get one of those bolsters that's tubular-shaped and put it in the car. It works well on lower backs for some people.
