It looks like either the very grey aliens or the human hybrid reptilian aliens are set to take over the world with their ray guns.

You have to feel some sympathy for unassuming buildings along the coast far from anybody else. That square little building and the apparent equally square annex that was added is ground zero for rascally aliens who want to harass them, knowing no one will ever believe them.

So, what is the building used for? Administrative offices? Fish-packing? Prisoners of war? Self-storage? Surely it's not a trendy coffee shop. Bet there isn't one of those for hundreds of miles.
